RETURNS POLICY

There are no changes or returns unless the garment has a manufacturing defect.

In the event that the garment has a defect, we will provide you with the steps to exchange the item.

STEP 1

You have 5 days after receiving your order to return the garments.

Simply fill in our contact form through the Help section with your order number. Note that all items must be returned UNUSED & IN PERFECT CONDITION (clean, with no stains or odors), no tears or damage, with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we will not accept your return. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned. Your right to return or exchange goods does not apply to goods made to your specification & goods in sale or discount.

STEP 2

You will then be contacted by a member of our team to organize the return of your order. You must arrange the return with the carrier of your preference by your means, TANAMACHI® DOES NOT OFFER compensation or pays for the returns.

STEP 3

Package your return item in ORIGINAL packaging or in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Please ensure you receive proof of postage or delivery. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

STEP 4

Once we receive your order back, all returned goods will be examined. If the garments are in perfect condition TANAMACHI® will refund the complete price of the garment (excluding shipping fees).

STEP 5

Once we have processed your returns, our customer service will contact you by telephone or e-mail. Your payment for the goods (excluding shipping) will be refunded by TANAMACHI® as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 14 days after we have received the goods (provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 working days of delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation)In the interests of preventing or investigating fraudulent activity: (a) we may contact you regarding returns activity which is suspicious, and/or (b) we reserve the right to deactivate any account which is engaged in suspicious activity.

In flash sales, special discounts, and dynamic promotions, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

ORDERING ERRORS

You must submit the correct & complete shipping information in order to receive your order. You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'submit order' on the final page of our ordering process. Once your order is submitted you cannot change the items in your order neither the shipping information.If your shipping information is incorrect or incomplete, neither TANAMACHI® or our shipping carrier are responsible for your parcel.
